The legal defence of Araúz de Robles Abogados has succeeded in getting the Supreme Court to admit a cassation appeal lodged against a judgement handed down by the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands which reviewed ex officio an Agreement of the Local Government Board approving the change of corporate name of an entity.
