- Legal Counsel of the Department of Territorial Policy of Cabildo de Gran Canaria (2010).
- Member of the drafting team for Land-management Urban Plans in Gran Canaria, in collaboration with GADAP-BORDES S.L.
- State Attorney Chief in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2001-2005).
- Legal Counsel and member of the Board of Directors in Autoridad Portuaria de Las Palmas (2001-2005). Secretary of the Board of Directors of this entity (2002-2004).
